Seeking Inclement Weather Proposals

Lawrence County Emergency Services is inviting proposals for inclement weather removal for location 1533 Missouri Drive, Mount Vernon, Missouri 65712.

If your company is interested in providing these services, please submit your proposal by October 15, 2025. Proposals may be submitted by mail or email. Confirmation of receipt is placed solely on the party submitting proposal. Lawrence County Emergency Services reserves the right to reject any or all proposal(s).

Scope of services include:

     Snow removal from parking lot and sidewalks

     Applications of deicing salt on parking lot and sidewalks before and during inclement weather events

     Removal of accumulated snow on the designated areas

     Shift changes occur at 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Please ensure your proposal includes the following insurance documentation:

     Worker’s Compensation, including Employer’s Liability

     General Liability

     Automobile, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability
